Birthday wish

March 28, 2007 by tinystar

Yesterday’s news extracted from TheStar

PETALING JAYA: Little Rachel Chan had been so enchanted by the yellow men on TV that she wanted to meet them. So the seven-year-old wrote them a letter.

“DiGi man, can you come to my house please? I like you because you are yellow.

“I see you on TV, you follow people; please, please, please come to my house and follow me to school.”

Yesterday, she got her wish. The yellow men showed up at her doorstep.

Dream come true: Rachel waiting to go to school with two DiGi YCFs at her home in Taman Megah on Monday.

Two DiGi Yellow Coverage Fellows (YCF) came to her house in Taman Megah here and the little girl hid shyly behind her mother when she saw them. But not for long.

Ok.. my birthday is just less than a month away, so it’s not too early to start making wishes. I wish to meet and see Digi’s “yellow man” dance “boing-boing” dance for me and also follow me to watch a movie in a cinema on my birthday or we go and sit on EyeOnMalaysia together and watch the beautiful fireworks piak-piak on the sky. I have not been there before.

They are just so cute! Hopefully I can see the Digi’s “black man” also. The one from Afrika where they show on the TV. Will this wish come true? :P

I am just very envy of Rachel.

Maybe lin peh and limpeh (both sifu and toudai) can dress up as yellow man or green man or black man or blue man or orange man to celebrate my birthday together. They can act as the first ever Maxis’s “colourful men” also. They can also dance! Maybe they can try dancing a “doink-doink” dance or “koink-koink” dance as my birthday present.

Then they can quit their current jobs because I am very sure that lots of leng luis will go after them and want them to celebrate their b’days together with them also.

So, can or not?

Burglar rapes 73-year-old at her home

March 26, 2007 by tinystar

Extracted from TheStar.com.my

KUALA TERENGGANU: A 73-year-old woman was raped by a burglar at her home in Kampung Ging Batu Limau Nipis, Setiu.

She was washing dishes on Saturday when the burglar entered her house and demanded cash and jewelleries but became angry when the old woman tried to defend herself.

He then threw her on the floor and raped her.

State CID chief Asst Comm Mohd Hazam Abdul Halim said the woman later walked to the village headman’s house to seek help.

The woman has been warded at Sultanah Nur Zahirah Hospital.

Don’t know whether the old woman is too pretty or the burglar was too desperate. Really damn sia-suehkan malaysia only. Some more it happened in a Malay state which has such a tight Islam rules so we know lah.. Like raping own grandmother only.

Luckily I look ugly. Pretty girls always have the advantage of being rape target. Must thankiu my mother for giving birth to such an ugly girl which is me.

Next time when go out I want to go out with pretty girls and pretty boys d. At least when rapist want to target also won’t target me. *fuhhh* :)

Kenko Diet Plum

March 26, 2007 by tinystar

Ever since I bumped into Cheesie’s blog several months ago, I have been in a dilemma till yesterday. I have an extremely bad bowel that I don’t get to do big business for min 3-5 days and can be as bad as more than 7 days. Constipation. Haiyo.. and I looked like a big round balloon, feeling tired whole day round no matter how much I sleep, caught up with ear infection, skin disease and lots more of funny funny illness.. All because of constipation. Damn kesian you know.

I saw the review of Kenko Diet Plum in Cheesie’s blog and I thought of trying but then hor.. it’s very expensive leh. RM136! Last year, I tried to go for intestine wash (don’t know what is it call already) where they put a pipe into my asshole and the water keeps flowing inside and soften my stool and then let it come out naturally. Costs me about RM150. After few months, I am back to constipation.

Tiu.. Then I tried drinking those vegetable+fruits fiber drinks.. it worked for the first few rounds.. after that no effect already.. Then I tried buying prunes in the supermarket. My sis said can help constipation. Mana tau I eat the whole bucket like eating sweets and nothing happened after that.

I forgot what I have tried until I finally gave up and went and bought Kenko Diet Plum at the nearest Watson. Kenot tahan d. My stomach is even bigger than my boobs! tiu..Like pregnant only.

kenko1

kenko2

kenko3

Convenient. Even if I lose the instruction book I can still read from here.

kenko4

So small packet but luckily got 2 packets.

kenko5

Two small packets..

kenko6

The seed is half of the plum’s size d :( It’s sour..

Well, I took 4 biji yesterday night and this morning everything from my stomach came out (abit exaggerate). Actually it is divided into few rounds. Damn sueh I got class some more this morning. After class, 2nd round of stomachache. I don’t really know how many biji are there in one packet but damn heart sick. So expensive leh! No choice lor. :( Better than drinking funny funny medications or fiber drinks. NO hassles.

I hope this will work for me. I don’t get proper diet food here so I need to rely on this to help me to get rid of my stool.

FFk story

March 23, 2007 by tinystar

Have you ever let your lecturer ffk (fly aeroplane) until your 10 fingers cannot count finish? Sigh. I don’t know what kind of luck is my batch going through until we have to pay the Uni to waste our time waiting for a lecturer who never appears in the end.

Imagine, about 60++ (actually I don’t know exactly how many classmates I have) of us came to the class at 9am with panda eyes (we rajin- rajin beautify our working prototype until never sleep whole night so that we can give a good presentation.. manatau…) and we were told that presentation was postponed till 2pm so consultation will be on.

Then those who stayed near to the campus went home and sleep or beautify their working prototype application while those who are staying more than 10km away from the campus decided to stay back to wait until 2pm hoping that the presentation will ends early and cabut go home sleep.

Of course I decided to stay back at the library coz lazy want to walk home. Very tiring one leh. Have to walk down the hill and climb up the hill later. Tick.. tock.. tick.. tock.. 2pm d. The Yang Berhormat did not appear.. and tick.. tock.. tick.. tock.. 3pm d.. I went and ask the YB’s assistants to confirm.. he said YB will be coming and he has spoken to him and so tick.. tock.. tick.. tock.. 3.30pm.. CCB..

I waited until damn hungry d.. so I went and tarpao Rojak back to the lab (halfway tarpao whole building no electricity)… and while I was eating halfway.. CCB(yes, again) the YB assistant told us that YB has cancelled the presentation. Don’t know when is the next presentation. So horrrr…. u know the conclusion la.. TULAN!

Can say every week also he FFK us .. Starting of the trimester that time YB very hardworking one. Every classes and presentations also he attend PUNCTUALLY at 9am. Then hor.. after few weeks d.. I mean less than 5 weeks show belang d. He came at 10pm then treat us all invisible by talking to his assistants right INFRONT of us! FINE! 11am only tell us to submit our work and go home. So we buta-buta sit there for 2 hours for LAN! Made us look like sohai(s)..

Must jaga his mood mar.. coz he is YB although we are paying for his salary. then hor.. whether we can grad in less than 2 months time or not really have to depend on him. Worse than working outside. Here we cannot throw resignation letter or else our 4 years efforts will go to waste. All of us decided to TAHAN!

After showing the unpunctuality sign, then we have not seen him appear in the class for 2 or more weeks. Oklah.. that one can be forgiven coz only consultation. Tiuniama! Even presentation also FFK us now! BUDDHA also got FIRE la! TIU! Some more I remember damn clearly first week he forced asked us to come up with a project time line for the entire trimester and we must follow exactly on what we have planned in the time line.

He made a copy of his time line for us also stating that every lectures cannot be missed and will execute accordingly. Even the presentations also cannot be brought forward and then say alot of bird language to us. When his mood not good he will fry 9 all of us!

Kids, if you are planning to enroll into  MMU taking up Multimedia course.. I strongly suggest you to change your mind to either One Academy, LimKokWing or any other design colleges/universities. I felt like telling this to the outsiders during MMU open day last weekend. Damn it!

Johnathan Lee live in Genting

March 20, 2007 by tinystar

I notice that the internet has been incredibly slow lately. Why ar? Even the campus’s library connection which used to be soOo fast has decreased its performance.

Oh well, my weekend was somehow meaningful. There was this subject called Cyberpreneurship that every student is compulsory to take. Through that name, you must be able to guess that this subject is about business. Yah.. a group consisting 15 of us must come up with a business plan and to work out on a business anywhere.

Therefore, to beat our time for FYP, we have decided to set up a business in conjuction of MMU’s 10 years anniversary and also MMU Open Day which falls on Saturday and Sunday. We had to work on shifts and prepare some food beforehand. Heard that we did make some profit out of these 2 days. It was fun, yeah.. and to approach lecturers and persuade people around to buy our food and drinks, damn kesian. But the most supportive person I have seen in the 2 days was my faculty’s Dean. He is a Canadian guy and has supported us by buying our food and I love his phrase – “KEEP THE CHANGE“. nice eh? guai lou really guai lou..

Anyway, more photos later. Lazy want to edit now.

I was up in Genting on Saturday night just to catch Johnathan Lee’s concert. Luckily this time is my driver spend me go or else I sure complain 99 for being broke here. Terima kasih byk2, driver. We went up in the evening to have our dinner at Chuan Kie restaurant at Gohtong Raya. The fried rice there very delicious.

Johnathan Lee

My hand itchy go and edit the photos inside Photoshop. Photos taken from Genting website . My smart driver told me that no digicam or dvcam is allowed to be brought into the hall.. more like a stadium to me. Therefore, I did not bring any cameras up and ended up I can only see people camwhoring inside with their digicam. SO SAD!!!

I am not really a fan of Johnathan Lee actually. Just gatal want to go and see only cause I suaku never go concert before. Ckyeo never ajak me go before. So kesian hor. The starting part was abit boring cause I still feel damn not worth paying RM110 to sit on a stadium’s chair .. damn char dou.. but when the guest singers, Sylvia Chang and Winnie Hsin appeared, woahh.. cun cun.. damn nice.. and the rest was history.

After concert, we gatal-gatal go and buy some of the CDs sold cheaply outside. Can say first time in sooooOOO many years I am buying original CDs. Must praise me, k? I don’t really support pirated song CDs but I do love to download songs. Cheaper than buying pirated also mar. hehe..

Now I am abit addicted to going to concerts but count count the ticket price, transportation and tol budget..I think better buy a CD and play at home. At least still can keep. Right now, I am targetting this –> Fair Lady – The Musical . But then hor, my driver is not a fan of musicals. :( Driver, if you are reading this… *hint* *hint* U know what to do lar harr, terima kasih byk2!!

Anyway, I think I am more interested in Philharmonic. Anyone?!!

Sucky

March 18, 2007 by tinystar

My home internet connection is freaking sucky during the weekends. I don’t know why am I paying for it when it is down most of the time during midnights and also weekends. Damn it.

I think I am going to fall sick soon. The weekend was tiring but not bad la. Abit relaxing. I am back to stressful environment again. Stay tune!
